Katie grew up searching for fossils, asking questions, and wanting to change the world. Her time writing in community over the years led her to bring these poems together into her first collection. She lives in Dayton, Ohio along the banks of the Great Miami River in the blue Joy House with her wife and two rescue dogs. And she wouldn’t have it any other way.
